Kristen is a “Go-Getter” with a “Challenge Accepted” attitude. She is successful due to her natural ability to turn ideas into action which allows her to make things happen, and happen fast! Kristen has worked in the healthcare industry since 2007; she has her Bachelors in nursing and Masters in Business. The transition from nursing full time to real estate full time was an easy one as she still gets to help others. Now, helping others invest in their future via buying, selling and or investing in real estate. Kristen possesses a strong inner drive, an innate source of intensity, energy and power that motivates her to work hard for her clients, write winning offers, negotiate like a pro and get things done right the first time. Kristen spent her younger years in Minnesota, moving to Colorado in her 20’s. She lives in the Denver Metro with her husband and their one son. Kristen is an animal lover, she volunteers at Allegiance Animal Rescue and has 4 dogs of her own. Kristen’s favorite pastimes include spending time with her family and friends, cycling, kickboxing, paddleboarding, hiking, discgolfing, patios/rooftops, live music and fresh beer.
